“ We decided to visit @encorebar_grill for Saturday's lunch. They have daily specials which includes food and drinks. Jeff was our server, who attentively took care of us. Dad had Lemonade, Hubby had Arnold Palmer, and I had Unsweet Tea. We started with the BBQ wings, which was tasty. During our last visit, we had the Sea Bass and it was phenomenal. Dad and I shared it again this time. The sauce is the best! Hubby had the Fish and Chips which he shared with Dad and me. Love the crunch! It's definitely one of the better fish and chips in town. This would be a great place to be for Super Bowl with the many TVs around the restaurant and the great food. If you're in the 1604 and Redland area, consider stopping in. ”
“ Nice neighborhood Bar & Grill. Cool rock and roll 'n roll vibe with the guitars on the wall. The Staff was nice, although the Bartender was the server as well which sometimes kept him preoccupied. The food was pretty good. We ordered the Cobb and Caesar salads which were fully loaded and I had the Dublin Club. All were pretty good, except the Texas toast on my Club was a tad over done and compressed. I typically Iike that to be a little thicker and not as grilled. Either way, it was good but the star for me was the French fries. They used some seasoning that had a hint of BBQ chips to it. Pretty good! Definitely gonna pop in, especially on a weekend night and see what they have going on. The bar is well stocked and they also have some seating outside on their patio which looks like it's more for the bar patrons. Over-all nice spot and they were friendly from the get go. ”
“ Small "locals" type bar and grill. All the food we tried was amazing! We will be back! ”
“ This is a hidden gem! So many options on the menu which seem to be freshly made. Ordered the Tuesday taco special with the cook's special original sauce which was tasty and an ample portion. Also got home-made tortilla chips with the queso which is a huge bonus. (I hate when restaurants serve store-bought packaged/bagged chips.) They have a full bar with lots of specials on both food and drinks. The service was fast and efficient. We received great service from Kim, who was friendly and very attentive. This place has real dishes, drinks in real glass (not plastic), and cloth napkins. Real class in a neighborhood joint. Don't hesitate to try this place. I highly recommend! ”
“ Our first visit to this hidden gem. It's small, but the ambiance is perfect - great 70-80s rock that is not too loud (where you can't talk) and lots of TVs to keep you watching something. Overall, it is very clean and fresh feeling inside. There was only one server, but she was on top of it and we never lacked for anything. We came on a Tuesday, so we did not expect a huge crowd. You could tell there were some regular patrons there. The food was much better than we anticipated, especially for a small bar and grill. Portions are extremely generous, and overall, we rated them in the "tasty" category. The bacon wrapped shrimp were perfectly crisp and sitting on an amazing butter lemon sauce. The orange chicken was hand cut/ breaded in a homemade sauce. The orange sauce was good, but a little sweet for my taste. I would recommend asking for a bit of soy sauce to season up the fried rice and to cut the sweet. We also ordered the club and a philly cheese steak sandwiches, which were what one would expect for these dishes. Overall, tastes and portions exceeded the cost of the plates and we were satisfied. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. ”
“ I was blown away with food options at Encore. They do have bar food but also have steaks, pasta, and comfort food. I hadn't eaten all day was famished and selected the chicken fried steak. It came with mashed creamy potatoes and fresh grilled green beans. The steak was breaded very lightly and was crispy with flavorful gravy. I especially liked the green beans as they were si fresh and grilled perfectly. I will be back. They also have daily specials which look delightful too. ”
“ We were the only people in the restaurant when we arrived. We waited around 5 minutes for the bartender to come out. Gary the executive chef came and chatted with us. He was really friendly and asked us what we wanted to see on tv. He told us more about the restaurant and different food items. We went for the $10 XL pizza. It was some of the best pizza in the area. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. The inside was decorated with different guitars and different musical artists. Overall good experience. I wish they had draft beer. ”
“ The location is now open. The staff were super nice and very attentive. It has a cool 80's rock n roll vibe like the bars that hosted live local music. Guitars and images on the wall. A digital jukebox with 70s and 80s music. There are TVs on the walls .. lots of sports showing. The menu had a little of everything. I went for the truffle fries appetizer, of course! Good flavor and more than enough for the table. I followed with a Dublin Club sandwich that was stacked higher than I could wrap my hands around. All in all, it was a good experience. Seems like a good Happy Hour spot. ”
